Billing Assistant (M/F) - Faro

Functions

  • Issuing, registering and controlling invoices
  • Registering commissions charged by online platforms
  • Submitting VAT returns
  • Communicating with clients and agencies
  • Providing administrative support to the Team Leader and Management

Requirements

  • Minimum educational attainment: 12th grade
  • At least 1 year’s experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English (essential)
  • Knowledge of spoken and written French (preferred)
  • Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Good communication skills and initiative
  • Customer-oriented
  • High sense of organization and responsibility
  • High sense of autonomy and proactivity
  • Planning skills, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Team spirit
  • Immediate availability (preferred)
