Billing Assistant (M/F) - Faro
Functions
- Issuing, registering and controlling invoices
- Registering commissions charged by online platforms
- Submitting VAT returns
- Communicating with clients and agencies
- Providing administrative support to the Team Leader and Management
Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: 12th grade
- At least 1 year’s experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of spoken and written English (essential)
- Knowledge of spoken and written French (preferred)
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued
- Good knowledge of Office
- Good communication skills and initiative
- Customer-oriented
- High sense of organization and responsibility
- High sense of autonomy and proactivity
- Planning skills, rigor, and attention to detail
- Team spirit
- Immediate availability (preferred)
