All Finance Matters is recruiting for the following position:

Client Manager (M/F) - Tavira

Functions

  • Management of client portfolios relating to self-employed workers and lettings
  • Organisation of tax documents
  • Monitoring clients’ compliance with tax obligations
  • Advice on tax optimisation strategies
  • Support regarding licences and regulations
  • Preparation and submission of VAT and income tax returns

Requirements

  • Minimum educational attainment: 12th grade
  • At least 1 year’s experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement)
  • Knowledge of spoken and written French (preferred)
  • Knowledge of other languages will be valued
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Customer focus
  • A strong sense of organisation and responsibility
  • A strong sense of independence and initiative
  • Planning skills, precision and attention to detail
  • Team spirit
  • Immediate availability (preferred)
