Financial Assistant (M/F) - Tavira
Functions
- Coordinate and ensure the issuance of financial documents
- Accounts receivable management and debt collection
- Management of outstanding issues and financial discrepancies
- Bank and current account reconciliation
- Preparation of the COPE
- Payments on behalf of third parties and related tasks
- Administrative support tasks for the Team Leader and Management
Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: 12th grade
- At least 1 year’s experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory requirement)
- Knowledge of spoken and written French (preferred)
- Knowledge of other languages will be valued
- Good knowledge of Office (knowledge of Excel is an advantage)
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Customer focus
- A strong sense of organisation and responsibility
- A strong sense of independence and initiative
- Planning skills, precision and attention to detail
- Team spirit
- Immediate availability (preferred)
